Lavender Marriage App — Terms of Service and Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

Welcome to Lavender Marriage App (“App”), operated by Lavender Marriage LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By downloading, registering for, or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy (collectively, “Terms”). If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Purpose of the App

Lavender Marriage App provides a platform for adults to connect for platonic partnerships (“Lavender Marriages”) based on mutual interests, goals, and lifestyle preferences.
We provide only a technological platform. We do not conduct criminal background checks, verify identities, or screen user intentions. The Company is not responsible for any interactions, outcomes, or behaviors of users online or offline.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use this App. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement and are legally capable of entering a binding contract.

4. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

  • The accuracy and truthfulness of all information and content you submit.

  • All interactions and communications with other users.

  • Ensuring your behavior complies with applicable laws and community standards.

You agree not to:

  • Engage in harassment, abuse, or emotionally abusive, manipulative, or coercive behavior toward any individual.

  • Post or share explicit, sexual, pornographic, obscene, or suggestive content, including nude or sexually provocative photos, videos, or messages.

  • Request or distribute explicit content from other users.

  • Post or share false, misleading, or defamatory information.

  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.

  • Use the App for any criminal, harmful, or unlawful purpose.

Any violation may result in immediate account suspension or termination and may be reported to law enforcement.
Lavender Marriage LLC reserves the right to review, remove, or modify any content reported by users or determined to violate these Terms or community standards, at its sole discretion.

5. User Behavior and Liability Disclaimer

Lavender Marriage LLC expressly disclaims all responsibility and liability for any actions, statements, or conduct by users, including but not limited to:

  • Fraudulent, deceptive, harassing, or abusive acts

  • Emotional abuse, manipulation, or coercion

  • Discrimination or defamation

  • Physical, emotional, or financial harm

  • Criminal behavior, including stalking, assault, theft, or any other offense

All users act of their own free will, and the Company shall not be held liable for any user’s actions or outcomes arising from App use.
The Company maintains the right to suspend, delete, or modify any content, messages, or profiles that violate these Terms or community standards.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscriptions may include Free, Premium, and VIP tiers, billed as described within the App. Payments are processed via third-party providers. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before renewal. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

7. Privacy and Data Protection (GDPR & CCPA)

Lavender Marriage LLC values your privacy and complies with applicable data protection laws including GDPR and CCPA.
Personal information is collected to operate and improve the App, process payments, and ensure safety. We do not sell personal information.

GDPR rights for EU/EEA users include:

  • Access

  • Rectification

  • Deletion

  • Data portability

  • Withdraw consent

CCPA rights for California residents include:

  • Disclosure

  • Deletion

  • Non-discrimination

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lavender Marriage LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or any losses resulting from user conduct, communications, or criminal acts. Your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the App.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lavender Marriage LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA. All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Wyoming under the AAA rules. Users waive any right to participate in class actions or jury trials.
